Testing YouTube embed reliability for: Flower Girl Moment (J70-pPNgCE8)

Test 1: Plain YouTube Iframe (No API)

This tests the raw YouTube embed without any custom player logic.

Expected: User must click Play. Video should play to completion. Replay works via YouTube controls.

Test Results:

Iframe appears with thumbnail Click Play → video begins Video plays to end without error Replay works (YouTube native controls)

This tests the YouTube IFrame API lifecycle and state events.

Expected: API loads, YT.Player initializes, onReady fires, onStateChange fires for each state.

API Initialization:

YouTube API script loaded window.YT object exists YT.Player instance created onReady event fired

Player State Events:

UNSTARTED (-1) PLAYING (1) PAUSED (2) ENDED (0) ERROR occurred

Player Recreation:

Player creations: 0

Tab 1: Click Play on the iframe. Video should start. Check all boxes that pass.
Tab 2: API should initialize automatically. Use buttons to test Play/Replay/Pause.
Tab 3: Watch all events fire in sequence. Note any anomalies.
If Tab 1 fails: Problem is environmental/YouTube/browser-level.
If Tab 1 passes but Tab 2 fails: Problem is in the API integration.
If both pass: Problem is in ReelViewer component logic.
